  • Shipping Cost: Complimentary (FREE) on all orders within Australia.

  • Currency: All prices and transactions are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

2. Delivery Timeline

We know you're excited to refresh your space. Here is the timeline you can expect:

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (AEST). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.

  • Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Transit Time: 4 to 7 business days.

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 10 business days from the time you place your order.

3. Shipping Area

Currently, we ship exclusively within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.
