1. Where do you ship? We ship exclusively within Australia. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Do you charge for shipping? Nope! Shipping is always free on all orders—whether you're ordering a single cushion cover or a large floor lamp, there is no minimum purchase required.
3. How long will my order take to arrive? Your order typically arrives within 5–10 business days, broken down as:

Note: Orders placed after 5:00 PM will begin processing the next business day.
4. Can I track my order? Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
5. Can I change or cancel my order? If you need to make changes or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@moderndanslar.com. While we always strive to help, we cannot guarantee changes once the processing phase has begun.
6. What is your return policy? Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original packaging.
